About IMA Career Forward
Meet Trac Vu
I created IMA Career Forward to help Japanese professionals turn the English they have studied into communication they can actually use.
I have taught English since 2023. I hold JLPT N2 certification and studied in Japan for nearly three years. I later worked as a project manager at a Japanese marketing company in Vietnam. These experiences help me understand the language and workplace contexts that Japanese professionals may navigate in Vietnam.
How I teach
Lessons focus on speaking, but not on repeating textbook dialogues. I build role-plays and questions from each learner’s real work, decisions and experiences. Grammar becomes a tool for developing ideas, while structured vocabulary review through Quizlet and progress sheets supports long-term improvement.
