If a parent or legal guardian submits an enquiry for a learner aged 16 or 17, we may also collect the guardian’s name and contact information.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and we have specifically requested it.

5. Corporate Training and Reports to Employers
When an organisation purchases training for its employees, we may provide the organisation’s authorised HR representative or manager with relevant information, such as:

- Performance against agreed training objectives
Learners will be informed in advance about the types of information that may be reported. We will not provide employers with unrelated personal information.
Information about an individual learner who purchases services personally will not be provided to their employer unless the learner has agreed or disclosure is legally required.
6. How We Share Information
We may share personal information only when reasonably necessary with:
- Teachers involved in providing the service
- Authorised IMA Career Forward personnel
- Accountants and professional advisers
- Website hosting, email and technical service providers
- Email marketing providers, when the user has opted in
- A corporate client’s authorised HR representative or manager, as described above

Our current website is hosted through Bluehost, and communications may be processed through our email service provider.
